2016: Emerged as one of the MEAC’s top punters as a true freshman … ranked fifth in the MEAC with 40.0 yard average per punt … second in the MEAC in total punts (70) and tops in punt yards (2798) … recorded 10 punts of 50-or-more yards and 16 inside the 20-yard line ... punted four times for 193 yards for a career-high 48.2 yard average at Howard (11/19/16) … also had career-best 70-yard punt, third longest in MEAC during 2016 season, a 54-yard boot and placed two kicks inside the 20-yard line in Howard contest … averaged 43.6 yards on eight punts, highlighted by a 63-yard kick and four that landed inside the 20-yard line … also placed four punts inside the 20-yard line at Bethune-Cookman (Oct. 29) … averaged 45.2 yards on five punts, including a 50-yard boot and one inside the 20 vs. Florida A&M (Oct. 15) … launched a 63-yard kick and placed another inside the 20-yard line at FBS Missouri (Sep. 24) … had 58-yard boot and one inside the 20 vs. Monmouth (Sep. 10) … eight of his kicks results in a fair catch … also recorded a first down on a 14-yard run out of punt formation vs. Hampton (Oct. 8)
