Randy H. Smith joined the DSU Academic Services for Student-Athletes staff in the spring 2012 semester after working as a Para Educator for the past two years, and a Track and Field coach for the past three years.
Smith earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management in 2007 from Delaware State and followed with a Master's Degree in Sports Administration in 2009.
While at DSU, Smith was a member of the cross country/track and field team for four years. He earned MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic honors in 2008.
Smith enjoys coaching, running, and helping student-athletes achieve their goals in life, the classroom, and also on the playing field of their prospective sport.
He is the proud son of Anthony and Angela Smith.
Smith currently resides in Dover, Del. with his wife, Lawan Lanier-Smith.
