Dover, Del. (Feb. 13, 2013) --- Delaware State University has announced that it will hold a football coaches clinic March 22-23 in Dover. The two-day event will feature presentations by Delaware State head football coach Kermit Blount and members of the Hornet football staff, along with other area college and high school coaches.

The clinic will be held in conjunction with the Hornets' 2013 spring football practice.

Also, Delaware State will hold two one-day youth camps this summer. The 2013 Kermit W. Blount/DSU Football Camp will be held on Saturday, July 20 and Sat. July 27 on the university campus. The camp is open to youngsters in grades 8-to-12 for a cost of $45 per session.

The DSU summer football camp is designed to test athletic ability and teach basic fundamentals of the game.
