Dover, Del. (June 20, 2011) --- Delaware State University wide receiver Justin Wilson (r-jr./ Windsor, Conn.) has been named to the 2011 Consensus Draft Services (CDS) Pre-season All-America Second Team. CDS is an independent scouting service providing information on professional prospects from all college teams.

Wilson, a 2010 All-MEAC First Team selection, was the first player to lead the league in receptions (59), receiving yards (937) and TD catches (11) in a season. He ranked 16th among all NCAA-FCS players in receiving yards (85.2 pg) and tied for 35th in receptions (5.4 pg).

In addition, he set a Hornet record with 59 receptions last season.

Wilson enters the 2011 season with 68 receptions for 1,037 yards and 11 touchdowns at Delaware State.

The Hornets will kick-off the 2011 season on Sep. 3 at Virginia Military Institute. The Hornets will play their home opener on Sep. 10 against Shaw University (6:00 p.m.).
