The DSU Strength and Conditioning Facility is a 17,000-square-foot two-story Strengthening and Conditioning building connected to the north end of the Memorial Hall main gymnasium, and is solely dedicated for use by DSU student-athletes. The facility includes a 9,000 square-foot open strength and conditioning area, laundry facilities, offices for conditioning coaches, as well as locker rooms for the men’s and women’s basketball teams. In addition, the facility includes a two-story tall entry and lobby with a ticketing area.

     In addition to the Stength and Conditioning facility, the DSU Wellness and Recreation Center is located on the southeast end of the building. The two-floor Wellness Center is specifically for the general student population and the general public. The first floor has two basketball courts, a women’s and men’s locker room, a swimming pool with locker room, offices for staff, a concession stand, lobby and private workout rooms.

The second floor features a fitness and weight training area (featuring mainly Nautilus equipment), an indoor 1/8th mile running track that lines the perimeter of the second floor, and private workout rooms/studios.
