Grasso joined the Delaware State volleyball staff in June 2017. She most recently served as an assistant coach for two seasons at Frostburg (Md.) State University. In her first season with the Bobcats she helped lead the team to 17 victories, the most since 2010, and the program's fourth appearance in the Capital Athletic Conference Tournament. FSU paced the CAC in total attacks (4,819) and digs (2,220), while finishing second in the league in digs per set (16.95), team assists (1,437), team attacks per set (36.79) and team kills (1,547).
Grasso graduated from Frostburg State May 2017 with a master's degree in School Counseling in May 2017.
A 2014 graduate of Rowan University (N.J.), Grasso was a standout player for the Profs' from 2010-13 prior to serving as a student assistant coach for the team. .
As a student-athlete, Grasso was named team captain for the 2012 and 2013 seasons, selected as the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Defensive Player of the Year in 2013 and an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Academic selection that year. She was a four-year Dean's List student while at Rowan and was fundraising chair for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
In 2014, she helped coach the Profs to 16 wins and an appearance in the NJAC Championship match.
Grasso earned a bachelor's degree in Education from Rowan.
