Williamsburg, Va. (Sep. 9, 2019) --- Delaware State’s Baipor Khunsri was the bright spot for the Hornets at the two-day William & Mary Women’s Golf Invitational at Kingsmill Resort-River Course. Khunsri tied for fourth out of 61 competitors with a three-round score of 223 (+7). She picked up a spot in the final standings after entering Monday’s final round tied for fifth place.
As a team, the Hornets were 10th in the 10-team competition (1064). Boston University took home the championship with a score of 901. Radford (904), James Madison (908), William & Mary (908) and North Carolina-Greensboro (916) rounded out the top five.
Kanyakorn Chothirunpanit was the second best finisher for the Hornets with a final score of 255 to rank 55th in the final standings.
