Smyrna, Del (Oct. 11) – The Hornets placed sixth in their annual DSU Alumni Run on Friday afternoon at the Delaware State University Outreach Center. DSU had an average finish time of 33-minutes - 35 seconds (33:35) in the 8k run. Jose Infante-Rosales led the way for DSU, as he finished in 11th place with a time of 30:31.0.
Dwayne Staats (32:40.9), Komlan Attiogbe (32:43.8) Sidney Ndi (34:56.9) and Xavier Knight (37:02.9) all placed in the top 30.
The regular season is over the Hornets and up next for them is the MEAC Cross Country Championships. The race will be on October 26th back at the Delaware State University Outreach Center, the time is to be announced later.
